Don't miss us to much. We are leaving tomorrow and going to visit my brother for New Years. I am excited to spend a few days with my niece and nephew (oh and brother and sister in law too. haha).

2008!

So every year I do a photo album of the year before. I am starting my 2008 book and I am amazed of how many changes I have had this year:

• I moved
• Got a new Car
• Got laid off and a new job in the same week

but the thing I notice more then anything is how much my kids have grown in this short year. I am pretty sad about this. I wish they would just stay small forever. Jaden promised me when he was 3 that he wouldn't get bigger..................hey what happened to keeping promises. My oldest baby is no longer a baby at all. He is actually maturing (with attitude and all) more each day. My middle baby grew so much this year. I am not sure of the exact inches (bad mommy) but I do know last year at this time he was just fitting in a 3T and now he is almost out of toddler clothes all together. Today he wore 5 in big boys! My youngest baby is now in the process of being potty training and is talking more each day.....as we speak (or write I should say), she is bugging for me to lay with her and watch the puppy movie..........so I will go now since I know one day she will be kicking me out of the room and not wanting me to watch a movie with her.

Merry Christmas

This Christmas was a awesome Christmas. The kids had a magical day and it was amazing to see them so excited. I just put them to bed and Jaden said "This was the best Christmas ever". The other two said the same (they always repeat Jaden. hahaha). Here are a few pics.

I passed

I was so nervous I wouldn't pass my life license test today and I did. I memorized the definitions long enough to pass and I don't want to ever see them again. haha GOOOOOOOOO me. Off to get the kids dressed!

I have been busy with finals and studying for my Life insurance test (which is tomorrow), but I wanted to share a few new pictures. After tomorrow (when I pass my test), I am not opening a book (unless its a gossip magazine) for a month. I am tired of reading, I am tired of studying and I am tired of TEST.

SANTA.............I KNOW HIM

Sienna hates Santa and even told him from a far......"I don't want toys". She covers her eyes when she sees him.

Alec is unsure but thinks it is cool he can tell him what he wants. He kinda freezes and can't really think of anything to tell him though.

Jaden thinks he is way to cool for Santa but totally believes in him so I am not sure what his problem is. Unless he doesn't believe and is tricking me. But I am pretty sure he would tell me (hey its not like I can ask)

We had her party at my house this weekend. She looked so cute and had so much fun. She is sure growing up fast. Angela and I were talking how we have two of the most diva princess little girls. They both will never have a problem with self esteem because both say they are "pretty" often. hahaha I can see our teenage years now.

Ok so I know I have been slacking a bit on blogging........what can I say, I am busy.
Alec is now given up naps so he is "pleasant" at night and its a battle to try and get him to settle down. Most kids settle down as they get tired but he is not "most kids". He runs around, yells and acts crazy and then eventually after getting yelled at and 15 time outs, falls asleep. Its a fun night......................not.
Sienna is a bugger. Just out to so anything and everything that will bug someone. She loves to annoy her brother (and me).
Jaden is my angel baby but he sure does know how to ask for something at the wrong time and stir up some stuff. Like tonight he asked for cake when he was done with dinner. The little ones immediately stopped eating and bugged for cake. UHHHHHHHHHHHHH JADEN
Ok now that I just bitched about my kids let me just say I love everything about them, yes even their evil ways. They are strong individuals with strong personalities. hahaha Ok I have to justify their behavior some how. hahahaha

It's calm

Today is a calm day, no barfing kids, no shopping, no cooking or cleaning. It's just me and my co- workers sitting in a Christmas decorated office, listing to Christmas music. My boss brought me coffee and it was ohhhhhhhhhhh so yummy. My shopping in 65% done and I am excited about that. The rest will be done online to avoid the crowded stores. I am sticking to a budget this year for Christmas and so far I am doing great! I am happy with all my purchases so far.
Christmas pictures were ummmmmmmmmmmmmm ok. Sienna wouldn't cooperate but that is given as she is two (ok trying to make myself feel better). I am curious to see how they turn out. I should get them back this week. We shall see.
Our house is all decorated for Christmas and we got our tree. we put up Icicle lights outside. Christmas is fun (besides all the money spent)

So this post turned into Christmas. haha I guess I am excited

Happy Thanksgiving!

I am thankful for many things today:

My three wonderful kids and awesome husband,my health as well as my family's, my wonderful mom and step dad, my brother and sister, all my nieces and nephews, sister in laws,brother in laws, mother and father in law, grandma's grandpas etc. (ok you get it), my best friends, Starbucks (sorry had to throw that in),my awesome job, my house (last place was way to small),gas prices, and for happiness.

I can go on and on but I don't want to put you all to sleep. Happy Turkey Day. I hope you all ate just as much as I did and feel fat and happy!

It backfired!

I stay up late and then I get woken up at 1 to a barfing kid........ALEC. Again barf was all over the bed and floor. He is better now *THANK GOD* We spent the day shampooing carpets, washing bed sheets and sanitizing the entire house. My house smells like Lysol now...... I like it, Brannon hates it.
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I am thankful that there is no longer barf in my bed! I will have a different list tomorrow!

I am up!

I am up for many reasons right now (11:20pm on a Tuesday)
1. Because I don't have work tomorrow
2. I drank to much coffee
3. I am working on my Psychology paper's (yeah I have 4 due in 11 days and I usually procrastinate)
4. It is quite in my house and I am enjoying it
5. My favorite show comes on at 11
6. I really want to clean my house but can't get off the computer to actually do it.

It never ends! Update on kiddos

On Friday Mrs. Sienna stuck a tiny ball from a decoration at grandma's house in her nose. We Spend Friday afternoon at the Hospital removing it. Saturday...........what does she do???She does it again with a popcorn Kernel. As if that wasn't enough excitement she gets the flu Saturday night and projectile vomits all over my bed and pillows (YUCK). My poor baby barfed all night but is now better and I am sure will be sticking more objects up her nose again soon.

Jaden's conference on Friday went awesome. His teacher loves him and went on and on what a great job we are doing with him. She was saying how well mannered he is and how great he gets along with everyone. Its great to hear these things about your child. He is also doing awesome in school. I have to give the credit for that to my mom. She really works with him everyday and always does his homework with him.......THANKS MOM! He is a great kid and I am so proud to be his mommy. His teacher made me feel so good about him. I always feel I will get labeled as a young mom who doesn't know how to raise kids and having reinforcement from his teacher makes me feel awesome. He rocks.

Alec loves to chew gum now. He always swallows it though and I threaten not to give it to him anymore. This weekend I gave him some and he swallowed it. I asked him "did you swallow that gum?" and he looked at me and said "no mom, I did not swallow the gum, a spider is in my mouth pushing it down my throat"

I am so glad today is Thursday. I don't have school and Grey's Anatomy is on. YEAH BABY!
I get to spend the evening with the kiddos and plan on taking them on a long bike ride. My BF Katie will come over to make bows and watch Grey's with me.

The nail party was so much fun! We got papmered and drank and ate yummy food. Katie had a great idea to go out after (ummmmmm I never go out) and I ended up not feeling so well the nexy day. I will have to admit it was funny that we went to the bar in flip flops and looking real hot........not. The night was full of laughs and good times.

Friday

It's Friday. Tonight is my nail party woooo hooooo. I am excited! Getting together with the girls, eating yummy food, drinking wine (well not me since I don't like it), and getting pampered!! Yeah baby. Fun stuff.
This morning I woke to a noise in the kitchen. I am terrified that we will get mice (why i have no idea). So I go to the kitchen and my little Alec was sitting on the floor with the Halloween candy. He looked up and said "I only ate one" (and put his little pointer finger up). haha I asked him why I saw 5 wrappers if he only ate one. He answered "Jaden ate those". UMMMMMM Jaden was still asleep.............................KIDS. So needless to say he is probably on a sugar high right now..........GOOD LUCK GRANDMA.

I have a busy weekend this weekend! My brother and sister in law are staying with us and I am soooooo excited to spend time with them. I want them to move closer to us (hint hint Angela)
